Architect and lead the integration of digital platforms, CTMS, websites, and systems (e.g., RealTime CTMS, Zapier, API endpoints, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Power BI) to ensure seamless data flow, automation, and real-time tracking.
Lead technical implementation and provide ongoing support for new advertising channels, marketing technology stack, and platform integrations.
Design, launch, and manage performance-driven Google Ads campaigns integrated with backend systems to support patient recruitment across ~25 clinical trial sites.
Conduct in-depth data analysis using dashboards (Power BI, Google Analytics), generate technical performance reports, and lead efforts to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
Manage and optimize company websites from a technical perspective, including SEO implementation (crawlability, indexing, search performance) and seamless integration with CTMS, lead generation tools, analytics, and recruitment platforms, site performance optimization etc.
Support various ad hoc initiatives and team-wide priorities.
Experience
Extensive experience with secured CRMs and CTMS platforms (RealTime CTMS preferred), including system configuration, API connections, and secure data mapping.
Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, third-party tools) and technical integration with RealTime CTMS through API setup, Zapier, and webhooks.
Proven ability to manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and CRM/CTMS sync processes.
Background in clinical research technology and understanding of data security, and healthcare-specific integrations.
Demonstrated ownership of technical projects, from planning to launch, with clear documentation and cross-functional coordination.
