We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with project management expertise to join our team for a 4 month contract (full time) to lead two campaigns, one calling on community members to stand up for our community and report hate incidences, and the other that will work with the community and organizations to make Asian stories more visible in media and broadcasting.
1. Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to ideate, develop, and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including social media, digital ads, email campaigns, blog content, and website updates.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external partners to ensure campaigns are effectively promoted and meet organizational goals.
- Craft objectives, KPIs and design and execute activities to ensure success
- As required serve as the face of Elimin8Hate’s social media presence
- Create, edit, and manage video content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Elimin8Hate’s messaging and branding.
Project Management:
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and meet strategic objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including report preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Experience Required
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Senior Management position responsible for end to end crafting, managing and executing campaign based digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising in in established, national organizations with complex, multi-faceted campaigns
- 10+ years in Digital Marketing and must have been directly responsible for crafting and executing digital marketing materials
- Proven experience independently ideating, managing and executing multi-month campaigns as a lead with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated campaign timeline management experience,
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
- Experience liaising with and managing external partners to execute marketing campaigns
3. Knowledge & Skills Needed
- Asian Canadian Knowledge: Understanding of issues faced by Asian Canadians
- Technical Skills: Prior experience in social media (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn), content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut), and email marketing platforms (eg. MailChimp). Experience with Elementor in WordPress
- Advertisement Paid Ad management experience required
- Social Media Platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Meta
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively and experience with project management software (eg. Asana, Monday)
- Creative Expertise: Ability to develop engaging and copyright, impactful marketing content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Communication: Confident communicator able to lead and manage people and timelines with ease
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze campaign opportunities and pivot and adapt as required
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt and assist with various tasks as needed.
- Content creation Comfort being a forward facing content creator is preferred

4. Duration & Salary - 4 month contract starting immediately for $20-25k
