Sr. UX/UI Designer

Hybrid remote, 2 weeks per month onsite in Boston, MA

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be working on innovative projects that aim to bring advanced trading solutions to a wider audience. Your work will involve both mobile and desktop design, with a focus on web-based products.

Pay: $60-$65/hr W2

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Work closely with a lean team to develop new features and enhance existing ones.
• Apply your understanding of trading and investment to design user-centric solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in Figma to produce high-quality design assets.
• Communicate design concepts effectively through storytelling and visual presentations.

Experience Requirements

• Experience with trading platforms and/or strong knowledge of day trading
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and how these technologies function in design.
• Ability to work effectively with UI/front-end development teams to bring designs to life.
• Self-starter with a curious and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and grow.
• Experience or interest in financial services, technology, and emerging tech
• Exceptional communication skills and a talent for storytelling through design.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required (Degree in Design, HCI, or similar preferred)

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
