Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex initiatives within their organization, focusing on Medicare, Medicaid, and DSNP programs. Location: REMOTE; But, if outside of NC they MUST be already living in, or willing to relocate to one of the following 27 states prior to conversion (6 months earliest); Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: 48-53/hr W-2

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects, ensuring deliverables are met according to project schedules.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners, maintaining scope and budget constraints.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members, fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to balance process, people, and technology effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Workday, and SharePoint to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• At least 9 years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, or DSNP.
• PMP certification is mandatory; candidates currently pursuing certification will also be considered.
• Strong experience in vendor management and handling external projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with insourcing and vendor management.
• Understanding of data migration processes and timelines.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
