Senior / Lead Golang Engineer

Remote in Romania | Full-Time

A cutting-edge player in confidential cloud computing is building a virtual Hardware Security Module (vHSM) that keeps secrets fully protected, even from the cloud itself. This next-gen key and identity management platform brings hardware-grade security to the cloud era, enabling truly private, scalable infrastructure.

They’re looking for a Lead Security Engineer to own the development of this platform and lead a high-impact team working at the intersection of cloud, cryptography, and confidential computing.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the development of the vHSM platform from architecture to deployment

- Collaborate with CTO/CPO on roadmap and features

- Oversee the full engineering lifecycle: development, testing, integration, CI/CD

- Mentor and guide a small engineering team

- Represent the product at industry events and communities

What You Bring

- 8+ years in software development (cloud-native or key management solutions preferred)

- Strong experience in Golang, JavaScript, and gRPC

- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

- Proven track record leading teams and delivering secure, scalable systems
