Project Manager (PMP Preferred) / Interior Designer – Remote

Eleventh Floor Design is a full-service interior design firm based in New York City, specializing in hospitality and luxury residential interiors. We collaborate with national hotel brands and boutique developers to create thoughtful, impactful spaces.
We're growing—and we're looking for a talented Project Manager/Interior Designer to join our fully remote team. If you’re equally creative and detail-oriented, this hybrid role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Project Management Responsibilities (Min. 50% of weekly time)
- Build and manage project timelines using Smartsheet
- Create and maintain Smartsheet dashboards and visual project trackers
- Prioritize the project backlog and forecast internal design capacity
- Lead internal status meetings and provide regular client updates
- Support the team and ownership through all project phases from initial Programming through project closeout.
- Communicate effectively with ownership groups and hotel brand reps
- Support project documentation, coordination, and reporting
Interior Design Responsibilities (Up to 50% of weekly time)
- Create detailed construction drawing sets using AutoCAD
- Develop FF&E specifications and compile client sample packages
- Produce Schematic Design and Design Development presentations
- Create 2D rendered floor plans using Adobe Creative Suite
- Coordinate 3D renderings with external contractors
- Track billable time daily per project
- Support projects through all design phases, from initial Programming to final Construction Documents and Brand Submittals.
- Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
- 4-6 years of professional interior design experience
- 4+ years of hospitality design experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Advanced AutoCAD skills and drafting expertise
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Smartsheet (2+ years - with Smartsheet Administrator experience preferred)
- Bluebeam Software Experience
- Located in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with franchised hotel brands
- PMP or CAPM Certified
- NCIDQ Certified (or certification in progress)
- LEED Certified (or certification in progress)
