About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s presence across social media platforms, developing engaging content, fostering online community engagement, and driving measurable results that align with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice of our brand and build meaningful connections with our audience.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve brand goals (e.g., awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales).
Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Plan and execute a content calendar, ensuring timely, high-quality posts tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest).
Create engaging visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and captions, in alignment with the brand’s voice.
Collaborate with the creative team for professional assets as needed.
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build a strong online community.
Foster conversations around the brand and identify user-generated content opportunities.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
Use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Coordinate and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team, ensuring effective targeting and measurable ROI.
Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify campaigns.
Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Support integrated marketing efforts, such as product launches, events, and promotions.
Identify emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.
Experiment with innovative content ideas and formats to drive engagement.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in social media management at a CPG brand, ideally within the natural, supplement or regulated space
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience creating and managing social media content across platforms.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.

In this role you will significantly contribute to the success of all businesses in our portfolio and will be rewarded commensurately. We provide an aggressive base salary, with lucrative profit sharing and options across all businesses in our group. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role.
