We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Project Manager to lead the technical execution and program management of the Airspace and Surface Radar Reconnaissance (ASRR) system under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
Position Overview
The Engineering Project Manager will oversee the technical execution and programmatic delivery of secure, mission-critical IT infrastructure for the ASRR Aerostat system, encompassing servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity components. This hybrid role combines hands-on systems engineering expertise with project leadership to manage milestones, technical risks, schedules, and stakeholder coordination. The PM will serve as the primary interface between engineering teams, U.S. Government stakeholders, and foreign government representatives, ensuring infrastructure integration, accreditation, and sustainment across CONUS and OCONUS environments meet contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications
Clearance: Eligibility for Government Security Clearance.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering , Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of CAPM or equivalent certification
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in DoD systems engineering and technical project management, with hands-on expertise in C5ISR platform integration or infrastructure deployment.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-882, MIL-HDBK-61B, MIL-STD-31000, ISO/IEC 15288).
Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, RMF, and cybersecurity requirements (e.g., STIG implementation).
Proficiency in project scheduling and risk management per DoD guidelines.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams through the systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements to sustainment.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, adept at engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation capabilities.
Travel: Willingness to travel 25–50% for CONUS/OCONUS integration, testing, and sustainment activities.
