We are a coaching company focused on helping men regain control of their lives by addressing behaviors that negatively impact their relationships and well-being. We’re seeking a Content and Marketing Manager to take charge of content workflows, optimize marketing efforts, and help us expand our reach and impact.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time, hands-on role is responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of high-quality content while implementing innovative marketing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who is excited to bring fresh ideas, streamline workflows, and take ownership of campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Content Management
- Oversee the entire content production workflow, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the CEO and content writer to refine and optimize content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and videos.
- Manage and schedule content across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) based on the content calendar.
- Audit all content for quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor audience engagement across platforms, responding to comments and messages as needed.
Marketing Management
- Execute organic and direct response marketing campaigns that align with KPIs and company goals.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns, funnels, and landing pages for maximum ROI.
- Conduct regular audits of ad accounts and marketing workflows to identify and implement improvements.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns using CRMs (ActiveCampaign, GetResponse) and SMS platforms.
- Develop and refine SOPs for marketing workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Analyze web traffic, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to inform strategy.
Strategic Initiatives
- Provide weekly performance reports to the Operations Manager, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively suggest innovative strategies to improve brand reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns and workflows to drive measurable growth.

- Proven experience in a content and marketing role, with expertise in managing organic and direct response campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize ad campaigns, funnels, and landing pages for performance and ROI.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (ActiveCampaign, GetResponse) and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and written communication skills.
