Now, they’re ready to scale—and to do that, they’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, and grow with us.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Meta Ads & Email Marketing Specialist to help them manage and optimize their Facebook/Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns and email marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with the founders and their marketing agency partner to support growth and build consistent outreach to their client base of dietitians and nutrition professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

· Collaborate with our agency to implement marketing strategies and creatives

· Create and schedule email campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, cold outreach)

· Maintain and grow our contact lists with a focus on nutrition and dietitian clients

· Conduct follow-ups and light prospecting communication to support lead nurturing

· Monitor and report on campaign performance

· Work with Google Sheets to organize contact data and outreach tracking

· Occasionally support with content copywriting for email and ad creatives

Requirements

· 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (Meta ads and email campaigns preferred)

· Bright, engaging personality with excellent written communication

· Comfortable working independently and learning through structured agency training

· Some background or familiarity with sales or client outreach

· Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

· Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and Google Workspace

Bonus Points

· Prior experience working with food or health-related brands

· Copywriting experience

· CRM experience

· Interest in scaling with a small, growing business

Benefits

· Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

· Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

· Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary : $8-$9/hr
