The Role
You will own the plumbing, proof, and performance signal across a complex, multi-client environment.
That means architecting tracking, stitching attribution end to end, and turning messy, multi-source data into a single source of truth that media teams trust.
You will design and maintain server-side, browser, and offline conversion flows; reconcile numbers when systems disagree; and continually harden our stack against evolving privacy and platform changes.
You live in events, schemas, and logs. You sharpen your tools and your thinking weekly. You get joy from clean data, airtight QA, and dashboards that drive decisions.
Core Responsibilities
Attribution and tracking architecture
- Plan, document, and implement conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak
- Build and maintain GTM Web and Server containers, server-side tagging, and first-party cookie strategies
- Configure pixels, CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, and offline conversions with deterministic and modeled paths
Data pipelines and automation
- Design event schemas, normalize payloads, and route via webhooks and queues
- Build workflows primarily in N8N and Make; maintain legacy Zapier where needed
- Push and receive conversion and lead-status postbacks through Everflow and buyer webhooks
CRM, telephony, and call flows
- Integrate and attribute across HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel
- Connect call tracking and dialers like Ringba, CallRail, Convoso, Five9
- Orchestrate pay-per-call and pay-per-lead events from click to call to sale
Analytics and storage
- GA4 property design and governance
- BigQuery datasets for GA4 and first-party events
- PostHog projects for product analytics, funnels, and feature flags
- Build Looker Studio, Google Sheets, AgencyAnalytics, and PostHog dashboards
Quality, monitoring, and change management
- Create QA videos for pre and post deployment sign-off
- Write health checks and alerts for event loss, payload drift, and API failures
- Maintain a regression checklist around iOS, privacy changes, and cookie behavior
Enablement and communication
- Train internal teams with short tutorials and playbooks
- Translate data into actions for media and CRO teams
- Join client calls to gather requirements and explain findings
Required Experience
- 5+ years in analytics, marketing ops, or martech within a high-performance agency
- Expert in GTM Web and Server, GA4, CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, and offline conversion uploads
- Built multi-platform attribution for Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, NewsBreak
- Strong with N8N and Make; advanced Zapier migration and deprecation planning
- Pro in CRM integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel
- Hands-on with Everflow, Ringba, Lead Prosper, and postback debugging
- Comfortable with telephony systems and lead routing to Convoso, Five9, and similar
- SQL for analysis and QA in BigQuery and PostHog event stores
- Proven in pay-per-call and pay-per-lead verticals
Nice To Have
- Python for lightweight ETL and API scripts
- Tableau administration and semantic layer basics
- Experience with consent tools, CMPs, and first-party ID strategies
Major Projects You Will Lead
- Consolidate lower-funnel postbacks in Everflow and sync offline conversions to Meta, Google, TikTok
- Unify enrichment, conversion, and offline events into a normalized PostHog structure
- Stand up a unified reporting layer across SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau or a SaaS alternative for agency, PPCL, and JV partners
- Own tech management of Everflow and Ringba
Minor Oversight Tasks
- HubSpot admin for properties, lists, dedupe, spam checks
- Lead provenance checks and simple form submission tests
- Vendor support tickets and light spreadsheet work
- User and billing management across tools

- A reliable, documented pipeline from click to revenue with verifiable accuracy
- Agreement between platforms within acceptable tolerance bands
- Faster troubleshooting through proactive monitoring and QA videos
- Media and CRO teams making better decisions, faster, with fewer disputes
