Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, and Engineering) to build innovative software solutions.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into engaging, responsive front-end experiences for web and mobile.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Design and develop secure, scalable API services following modern best practices.
• Apply test-driven and acceptance criteria–driven development to ensure software quality.
• Optimize for non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, usability, and performance.
• Stay current with new tools, technologies, and development techniques through professional development and continuous learning.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 2–4 years of experience in software product development or QA.
• Educated: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certified (Preferred): Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
• Technically Skilled:
• Strong grasp of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and version control (Git).
• Experienced with modern frameworks like React, Angular, Flutter, or React Native.
• Cloud-Oriented: Comfortable working in hybrid or cloud-based environments, using Infrastructure as Code and automated pipelines.
• Analytical: Adept at problem-solving and designing efficient, scalable systems.
• Security-Minded: Knowledgeable in secure coding and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
• Collaborative & Adaptable: Strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
