This is a high-impact role for a candidate who thrives in dynamic settings and can own delivery from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects around SaaS, Infrastructure, and AppDev.
- Build comprehensive project plans based on architecture diagrams, coordinating across internal technical teams and external vendors.
- Manage multi-threaded workstreams involving network security, identity & access management (IAM), and SaaS implementations.
- Interface with executive stakeholders (VP and C-level), providing clear status updates, PowerPoint briefings, and risk assessments.
- Drive accountability and fast execution with a problem-solving mindset.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and resource plans; contribute to budgeting and reporting deliverables.
- Collaborate across business units to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful outcomes.
- Ensure the integrity of end-to-end testing and integration with legacy platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT project management experience, ideally within infrastructure and security domains.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, enterprise-grade infrastructure projects (e.g., micro-segmented networks, security overlays, SaaS transitions).
- Deep command of core PM competencies: scheduling, scope management, dependency mapping, and financial oversight.
- Exceptionally strong communicator—able to engage both deeply technical engineers and senior business executives.
- Technically literate: can read and interpret architecture diagrams, ask the right questions, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering.
- Assertive, analytical, and agile under pressure; able to lead with clarity even in ambiguity.
- Prior experience with identity/access management, network security, or vendor management strongly preferred.
