The Opportunity

We are hiring a Marketing Lead to own how finance leaders discover and engage with Elements. This is a remote, high-autonomy role with full ownership of brand, campaigns, and demand generation as we scale.

You already know this market. You have marketed a financial product or solution in Saudi Arabia, and you understand what earns the trust of a CFO here - specificity, compliance credibility, and proof over claims.

What You'll Do

• Own the Elements brand - positioning, messaging, and visual identity across every touchpoint.
• Run multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, events, and offline channels.
• Create clear, compelling messaging for finance decision makers.
• Drive SEO, social media, website, and landing page performance.
• Align with sales to ensure high-quality lead generation, supporting launches and competitive research.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data.

Who We're Looking For

• 5-7 years across brand and digital marketing, online and offline.
• Proven experience marketing a financial product or solution in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong B2B communicator able to simplify complex topics.
• Uses AI heavily in day-to-day marketing work.
• Ads agency experience - inside an agency or managing one as a client.
• Comfortable using data to drive decisions; familiar with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, and analytics platforms.
