As the first AI-native CRM and Admissions Marketing Platform (AMP) built specifically for higher education, Element451 enables enrollment and marketing teams to scale outreach, streamline operations, and deliver modern student experiences with impact.

Element451 is seeking a creative, AI-forward Content Marketing Manager who loves turning ideas into high-impact content across audio, video, and written formats. This role will primarily support Element451’s media platform, Enrollify - leading network operations and content strategy and creation - while also contributing to Element451 by developing content designed to support short-form, scroll-stopping, video-first interactions (LI, TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts) that deliver clear take-aways in seconds.

You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Brand & Communications and collaborate closely with the Director of Content and Head of Multimedia Production to take core themes, industry topics, and brand pillars and transform them into engaging, innovative content experiences.

What You'll Do

Enrollify – Content Creation & Network Engagement

  • Lead Content Execution Across the Network

  • Turn strategic themes from the Sr. Director and Director of Content into compelling content across podcast episodes, social posts, newsletters, blog articles, and short-form video.

  • Draft copy, curate creator stories, and produce original pieces that align with Enrollify’s brand tone and positioning.

  • Drive Creator Engagement & Collaboration

  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for Enrollify creators—ensuring they have the guidance, support, and creative assets needed to stay on track and on message.

  • Coordinate publishing schedules and production workflows with the Head of Multimedia Production.

  • Manage Publishing & Promotion

  • Oversee the end-to-end process for content publishing—ensuring on-time launches, consistency in brand, and amplification across channels.

  • Use best practiced AI tools to repurpose and optimize content (e.g., show notes, social clips, audiograms, etc.).

  • Maintain and Evolve Network Identity

  • Ensure content reflects Enrollify’s mission, audience voice, and storytelling style—while experimenting with new formats and distribution strategies.

Track performance and identify ways to improve reach, engagement, and consistency.

Element451 – Content Production

  • Curate and Elevate the Brand’s Essence

  • Infuse every piece of content with the look, feel, and tone that defines the Element451 voice - balancing modernity, clarity, and bold messaging.

  • Bring strong editorial taste and a designer’s eye to every creative decision - whether developing a new visual template or guiding the creative direction of a campaign.

  • Develop “scroll-stopping” content that balances aesthetic taste with clear brand expression.

  • Act as a Creative AI Collaborator

  • Treat AI as your creative partner - using LLMs to accelerate ideation, script drafts, visual mockups, and repurposed content.

  • Write smart, brand-aligned prompts to get the most out of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Opus Clip, Midjourney, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs).

  • Experiment Relentlessly

  • Stay ahead of the curve by testing new tools, content formats, and storytelling techniques.

  • Regularly introduce new workflows, aesthetics, or media trends to the team that can evolve how we express our brand across the funnel.

  • Collaborate on Campaign Moments

  • Partner with the Director of Content to align content assets with strategic campaigns, launches, and events - bringing media-rich, high-impact ideas to the table.

  • Be an advocate for the audience’s attention - ensuring that everything we publish earns their time and delivers value.

What You'll Need

  • 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, podcasting, journalism, or digital storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and produce across formats - audio, video, long-form, and social.
  • Strong background or passion for podcasting - whether as a host, writer, producer, or coordinator.
  • Experience working with creative teams (designers, video editors, content strategists, etc.).
  • Proficient in AI tools like ChatGPT, Descript, Canva AI, Jasper, Opus Clip, and eager to keep learning and experimenting.
