The Marketing Operations professional plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution, tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns through automation platforms and communication tools. This role acts as the backbone of the marketing team—integrating systems, managing data, ensuring accurate execution of campaigns, and providing the insights needed for smarter decisions and better results.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management & Execution
- Build, test, and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot (email nurturing, lead scoring, list segmentation, A/B testing, etc.)
- Build, test, audit and manage transactional communications and automation workflows (emails, SMS, push notifications and WhastApp push notifications) to ensure delivery, compliance and regulatory needs are met.
- Manage OneSignal for mobile push notifications and in-app messaging campaigns, including segmentation, and performance reporting
- Utilize Twilio via OneSignal connection to power SMS campaigns, transactional messages, and real-time customer communications.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate contact data flows between platforms working with the Product and Development teams.
Contact & Data Management
- Own contact database hygiene across HubSpot, OneSignal, and Twilio to ensure consistent, de-duplicated, and compliant records
- Implement and manage automated workflows to sync, enrich, and update contact data between platforms via APIs or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Segment)
- Collaborate with marketing analytics and data engineering teams to define contact sources, segmentation logic, and data governance practices
- Monitor list health, permission settings, and unsubscribes across channels to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
- Identify and resolve data sync or quality issues to prevent delivery errors or misaligned customer experiences working with the product and technical resources
Campaign Operations
- Own end-to-end execution of website and campaign landing pages including building, QA and deployment
- Own end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) including scheduling, QA, and deployment
- Coordinate with marketing team to launch targeted, cross-channel campaigns
- Monitor deliverability and performance across email, SMS, and push to ensure compliance and optimize for engagement
- Identify, recommend and build use cases for implementing best practice or cutting edge tools that drive sign-ups, transactions and user experience.
Reporting & Optimization
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels
- Analyze engagement and conversion data to recommend improvements in collaboration with Marketing Analyst
Tech Stack & Integration
- Ensure integrations across HubSpot, Twilio, OneSignal, and other Martech platforms function correctly and support marketing goals
- Troubleshoot issues and work with project manager and product to resolve platform bugs or sync problems
- Lead and/or assist in the selection and onboarding of new tools or technologies when needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years experience in a marketing operations or automation role, ideally within a fast-paced, tech-driven or consumer-focused environment with data-driven decision making
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar platform (email automation, workflows, lead management, CRM, dashboards)
- OneSignal (mobile push and in-app campaigns)
- Twilio (SMS and communication APIs)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English—strong written and verbal communication skills required in both languages
- Strong understanding of contact management, segmentation, and cross-channel marketing compliance
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Segment, Looker, or GA4; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technology)
- Understanding of APIs, webhook integrations, and data sync logic between platforms
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, telecommunications, or energy is highly preferred
