Role Summary
Electrify America is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking B2B Marketing Specialist to drive growth across our Real Estate and Electrify Commercial sales funnels. Acting as a key link between brand marketing and sales, this role will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that generate leads, support sales enablement, and strengthen our presence across priority channels.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution, with experience in B2B marketing, event strategy, and digital campaigns. This role will work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Communications, Commercial, Real Estate, Creative Studio, Product, Tech, and Strategy to ensure marketing journeys are integrated across platforms and aligned with customer needs.
Success in this role requires a strong foundation in B2B marketing, event marketing, and digital strategy, along with exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for driving measurable impact. The Specialist will set clear marketing objectives, manage budgets, and track performance to ensure continuous improvement. Role Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution (40%)
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies for the Electrify Commercial and Electrify America Real Estate teams, aligned with business goals and sales priorities.
- Build and manage scalable sales enablement programs, including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, and more.
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to create impactful, high-quality content.
- Lead the marketing roadmap for B2B events, sponsorships, and activations—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium brand experience and provides measurable value.
Channel & Campaign Management (40%)
- Supports lead generation strategy—driving awareness, interest, and lead capture through digital, email, events, partner channels and more.
- Design and implement lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the sales funnel, leveraging segmentation, content strategy, and marketing automation.
- Determine the appropriate marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Manage cross-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, direct mail) to support vertical growth and sales funnel acceleration.
- Optimize performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Reporting, Analytics & Optimization (5%)
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and sales impact using Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and influence strategic decisions with data-driven storytelling.
Internal Client Management (15%)
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the Electrify Commercial and Real Estate teams, translating business needs into actionable marketing plans.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify opportunities to support sales and business development through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, planning sessions, and performance reviews to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Years Of Relevant Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or channel marketing—ideally in technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, or related field
- Other bachelor’s degree with strong proven marketing and communications and/or project management expertise
