About the Role**
The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications serves as Eleanor Health’s storyteller-in-chief, responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s voice across all channels. This leader defines what we say, how we say it, and where we say it—driving brand consistency, compelling narratives, and impactful communications. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in brand strategy, content development, public relations, and thought leadership. Experience in healthcare communications or highly regulated industries is a major plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual target compensation range for this position is $130,000-150,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.

We need better addiction care for our communities, for our loved ones, for ourselves. This care must be human-centered, focused on the individual needs of each person who comes to us for assistance. We need more easily accessible addiction treatment centers across the country and in neighborhoods that have long been underserved. This care must also work with the local ecosystems of healthcare and community partners to expand their efforts in supporting addiction treatment and recovery.
