Your Responsibilities

• Participation in the implementation of the EFW marketing strategy and the EFW corporate identity.
• Preparation and creation of customer and conference presentations, preparation, coordination and participation in appointments and meetings, documentation of customer appointments and campaign lists as well as internal forwarding and coordination of customer input.
• Designing and implementing advertising campaigns in collaboration with graphic designers and agencies for print and online media, planning image campaigns, creating the media plan.
• Planning and organization of the production of all advertising materials to support sales activities (product and image brochures, trade fair materials, image films, give-aways, aircraft models), pre-selection of industry events for sponsorship by EFW and subsequent organization and evaluation.
• Support in the preparation of specialist interviews
• Support in filling out applications and forms for the specialist area

MUST-HAVES

• Completed 3-year university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
• Many years of professional experience in marketing
• Willingness to travel internationally

Professional Skills

• Negotiating in English, subject-specific theoretical knowledge, special expertise
• Methodological competence:
• Organizational talent, good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP as well as ACAS, solution orientation, media skills, presentation techniques

Personality Skills

• Creativity, high degree of flexibility, commitment, ability to work under pressure, reliability, sense of responsibility

Social Skills

• Intercultural competence, negotiation skills, customer orientation, problem-solving skills, team orientation
