What You’ll Do

• Own the Global Field Marketing strategy, driving pipeline and growth
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with sales, product marketing, demand generation, finance, and other stakeholders to execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue within our core verticals
• Develop quarterly plans and work closely with Sales to modify/adapt based on pipeline coverage or gap needs.
• Manage performance metrics through reporting cadences that align with the GTM Strategy
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop relevant messaging, positioning, and region-specific content plans.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the C R O, providing regular updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
• Constantly tune and optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition cost and increase ROI
• Manage field marketing budget and third-party vendors

Your Qualifications

• 1 0 + years of B2B field marketing experience
• 5+ years leading global teams
• Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery
• In-depth knowledge of event tactics and execution
• Experience leading campaign, events and field marketing for a global B2B SaaS company
• Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills
• Knowledge and understanding key technologies – SFDC, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau
• Experience building relationships with a cross-functional team s
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues
• Ability to travel as needed in order to support field marketing activities and team management

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $180k - $240k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
