To support the ongoing development of our Intercity Service Line activities, we are recruiting a Bid Engineer to:
Reporting to the Technical Director of the Intercity Service Line, you will be part of the Global Support Team, whose main mission is to provide support across all Egis regions, particularly during tender and projects phases, or at the business development stage if needed.
In this context, you will be involved on the following topics, for tenders and projects, for various type of services, from upstream (feasibility studies) to downstream (detailed design):
During the tender phase, you will work in close collaboration with the Bid Manager of the Region concerned, as well as with all the technical, administrative and financial departments to federate their various contributions. You will participate in the management of bids in project mode, ensuring:

Engineer with at least 5 years' experience with a first project and tender experience, you’ve been working ideally in the intercity rail or road transport sector and internationally.
You have demonstrated your ability to work in a project team, and to mobilize all types of stakeholders.
You have good writing and interpersonal skills, and are able to adapt to multicultural environments.
Initial technical experience, sales experience or business development skills with public or private clients are a major asset.
You have a good command of Office tools (Power Point and Excel imperative).
Fluent English is imperative.

Some examples of projects/tenders for the next 3 years? The development of the High Speed Lines networks in the UK (HS2) and in the USA (California), the Lima-Ica PMC in Peru, the Dubai Abu Dhabi HSR Design&Build and the Aphahida - Ilva Mica rail line in Romania.
