EGi isn’t your average company. We’re the engine behind Iraq’s biggest entertainment, gaming, and content movement — from producing viral shows in our state-of-the-art studios to building the first all-in-one app for gamers packed with tournaments, original content, and social tools.
Now, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who doesn’t just “make things look good” — but knows how to make them mean something. Someone who turns visuals into emotions, and ideas into movements.
B — Who you are (aka the visual architect and creative heartbeat):
You live and breathe design. You can look at a blank canvas and already see the campaign. You understand trends — and more importantly, you know when to break them. You mix taste with storytelling, precision with chaos, and brand rules with rebellion.
You’re not just a designer — you’re a brand-builder, storyteller, and visual strategist in one.
C — What you’ll be doing (besides making the whole team look cooler):
- Create visuals that define campaigns — from social to motion to large-scale activations.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Develop and maintain brand visual identities across all EGi sub-brands.
- Direct and mentor junior designers to ensure consistency and creativity.
- Work hand-in-hand with video editors and motion designers to elevate every frame.
- Push creative boundaries and pitch fresh visual concepts that grab attention and build community.

E — What you bring to the table:
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design (agency, brand, or studio).
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong portfolio that proves you can build brands, not just assets.
- Deep understanding of social media visual trends and platform design language.
- Eye for detail, passion for storytelling, and confidence to lead creative direction.
F — Bonus XP:
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or youth brands.
- Motion design, illustration, or 3D skills are a huge plus.
- You understand how design drives engagement and conversions.
- You move fast, think visually, and speak meme when needed.
