Your Role

We’re building the first enterprise-grade agentic workforces – and that means redesigning how our clients’ businesses actually work. As a Business Solution Engineer, you are at the centre of this: you take a client’s strategic ambition and turn it into a concrete, deliverable business solution – the architecture of outcomes, processes, and value flows that technology will enable.

You sit between our consulting and engineering teams. You translate transformation narratives into scoped requirements that engineers can build from, and you ensure that what gets built actually produces the business results it was designed for. This is a product and business design role, not a data or engineering role – you engineer the client’s business, not the software.

You combine rigorous product thinking with sharp business judgment. You don’t just manage a backlog – you design the solution that the backlog serves, own the outcome logic that connects delivery to value, and hold the line on whether what’s being built is what the business actually needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Design business solutions for client engagements: define the architecture of outcomes, processes, and value flows that technology will enable
• Own conceptual scope end-to-end – from user stories and acceptance criteria through to benefit mapping and outcome logic
• Translate strategic narratives and transformation ambitions into structured, prioritised, unambiguous requirements that engineering can build from
• Define and track outcome frameworks: the logic that connects every piece of delivery to a measurable business result
• Lead business process engineering – map current-state processes, design future-state, and define clear transformation pathways
• Act as product owner across client engagements: ensure that what gets built serves the intended purpose and delivers value
• Manage the interface between consulting and engineering – grounding strategic ambition in feasibility, and connecting delivery progress back to business outcomes
• Contribute to ground truth and ontology curation: ensure that the business context required for AI use cases is captured with the right structure and fidelity
• Communicate findings, designs, and progress clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Your Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, business process engineering, or solution design roles
• Experience working at the intersection of business and technology – you have shaped what gets built, not just managed how it gets built
• A track record of measurable impact: you have defined products or solutions that improved business operations, drove adoption, or delivered tangible outcomes
• Familiarity with the processes, constraints, and scale of enterprises – you understand how large organisations actually work and change
• Experience writing structured requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics) that engineering teams can build from confidently

Skills

• Strong business process analysis and design capabilities – you can map a process, identify where it breaks, and design how it should work
• Ability to define clear outcome frameworks: connecting strategic goals to delivery outputs to measurable business results
• Comfort with product management disciplines: backlog management, prioritisation frameworks, acceptance criteria, roadmapping
• An understanding of AI and agentic systems at a conceptual level – you don’t need to build them, but you need to understand what they can and cannot do to design solutions around them
• Strong documentation skills: you produce structured, precise artefacts (requirements specs, process maps, outcome frameworks) that stand on their own without verbal explanation
• Competence in standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence, Jira or equivalent) for documenting and communicating your work

Languages

• Fluent, clear English for professional communication (required)
• German is a plus
