Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Edza AI’s social media presence across platforms to engage learners, parents, and educators. This full-time remote role includes managing editorial calendars, publishing content, and driving campaigns that communicate Edza’s teaching philosophy, product features, and success stories. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and refining social media copy, collaborating with design and product teams on visual assets, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data. The Social Media Manager will also respond to community interactions, support brand reputation, and explore new channels, trends, and formats relevant to Indian education and AI tutoring. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to grow brand awareness and drive meaningful engagement.
Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute effective Social Media Marketing campaigns, including audience targeting and platform-specific strategies.
• Strong Communication skills for clear, inclusive, and engaging messaging tailored to learners, parents, and educators.
• Experience with Content Strategy, including editorial planning, theme development, and alignment with brand and product goals.
• Knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach, engagement, and performance using analytics and best practices.
• Proficient Writing skills for short-form and long-form social content, captions, and scripts with attention to clarity and tone.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to refine campaigns and report results.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, product, support) in a remote environment and managing multiple projects.
• Prior experience in edtech, AI products, or youth-focused brands is beneficial; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
