Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Course Product Manager to lead curriculum development and instructional innovation for our Software Engineering and AI-integrated program. The role demands expertise in JavaScript, Python, React, Django, REST APIs, PHP, AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Hugging Face, and experience managing both full-stack development and AI application development aligned with SCTP course structures.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for education and future-focused technology, with the ability to integrate LLMs, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), DataVerse, Co-Pilot Studio, and ML/DL frameworks into modular, industry-relevant learning pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage the end-to-end course roadmap
Content development as per the different frameworks ( WSQ, Pearson , University)
Collaborate with SMEs and academic teams to ensure alignment with course nomenclature and occupational standards.
Develop project-based assessments and capstone projects reflecting real-world software and AI implementations.
Continuously research and integrate AI advancements, including LLMs, prompt engineering, Python ML libraries, and low-code/no-code AI tools.
Evaluate and update the curriculum using learner feedback, employer input, and technological shifts.
Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with faculty, instructional designers, industry partners, and certification bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience with:
Full-stack web development: HTML, CSS, JS, React, Django, REST APIs
Programming languages: Python (including Django), PHP - Laravel
Database: MySQL, Power BI
AI technologies: ChatGPT, Gemini, Hugging Face, prompt engineering
Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, DataVerse, Co-Pilot Studio
Knowledge of ML/DL, AI model integration, and AI ethics.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools.
Experience designing and managing capstone projects or enterprise applications.
Strong communication, curriculum design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
