Job Summary
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-performing, multi-channel digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. You will work closely with the regional marketing team and external vendors, with a strong focus on paid advertising, influencer collaborations, CRM automation, and remarketing strategies. You’ll also be responsible for building and optimizing funnels, automating messages, and using Meta’s conversion API to improve tracking and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
· Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok
· Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and manage remarketing campaigns for improved conversion
· Implement Conversion API and tracking setups to ensure data accuracy and campaign efficiency
· Run regular A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to boost CTRs and conversion rates
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
· Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
· Coordinate campaign deliverables and measure influencer performance and ROI
· Collaborate with partners and media networks to expand reach and engagement
CRM & Automation
· Set up and manage marketing workflows in HubSpot.
· Build automated follow-up sequences for leads and customers via email, SMS, and messenger bots
· Use lead scoring and segmentation to personalize customer journeys and increase conversion rates
Analytics & Optimization
· Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, etc.) and deliver insights-driven recommendations
· Generate campaign reports and present performance results to stakeholders
· Ensure full-funnel visibility and optimize for every stage from awareness to conversion
Creative & Messaging Support
· Work closely with content and design teams to craft scroll-stopping creatives and ad copy
· Ensure brand consistency across all assets and campaign channels
· Optimize messaging for platform-specific behaviors and audience segments
Requirements
· 3–5 years of hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok)
· Proven experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
· Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar
· Solid understanding of remarketing, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and Conversion API setups
· Experience with automated messaging workflows (email/SMS/chatbot)
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into action
· Self-starter with excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising
Salary - 40,000 - 45,000 php
