Role Description
To support our accelerating global growth, we are adding a new role to our team. The Marketing Manager – Agent Enablement is a B2B trade marketing role, responsible for shaping a clear, consistent, and student-focused approach to how ECA engages education agents worldwide to recruit students for its growing portfolio of education brands. Working across ECA’s expanding portfolio of education brands and university partnerships, with campuses in four countries by the end of 2026, the role ensures ECA’s brands and courses are easy for agents to understand, access, and promote, making ECA the preferred partner in a competitive global market. By driving best practice in agent enablement, the role builds agent trust and loyalty while supporting ECA’s enrolment growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Enablement Strategy: Develop and lead “The ECA Way” framework for agent enablement; prioritise brand and course promotion materials by region; manage localisation and translation of materials.
Communication & Engagement: Coordinate outbound communications; deliver a unified agent communication calendar; improve engagement through trusted channels (e.g. WhatsApp, WeChat, email).
Content, Tools & Resources: Define and maintain a standard checklist of essential agent materials; ensure accuracy and accessibility in StudyLink; work with brand teams to align outputs.
Compliance & Governance: Safeguard ECA’s reputation by ensuring all agent materials meet brand, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Performance & Improvement: Track agent satisfaction (e.g. NPS); gather feedback; monitor competitor practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure ECA’s competitive advantage.
Collaboration & Leadership: Act as the single point of accountability for agent-facing marketing; partner with brand, sales, and compliance teams; champion a culture of simplicity, alignment, and quality.
