Shape the global perception and reach of ECA’s university partnerships through student-focused marketing.

The Education Centre of Australia (ECA) is a leading international education provider, partnering with six highly ranked universities across Australia and the UK. Through our innovative managed campus model, we support the enrolment of over 11,000 new students annually from more than 50 nationalities. ECA operates eight campuses—four in Sydney, and one each in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and London (UK). With a strong focus on student success, we offer over 1,200 internships annually to enhance employability. In 2026, ECA will celebrate 20 years of delivering world-class education. To support our accelerating global growth, we are adding a new role to our team. The Brand Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Student Acquisition (university partner) in developing and executing marketing strategies to recruit and retain students for the ECA Group across international and domestic markets, while meeting student recruitment and retention targets. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with the university partner’s brand guidelines and strategic priorities, while delivering student-centred campaigns that drive enrolments, support agent recruitment, and build long-term trust in the partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Leadership: Contribute to the annual marketing strategy and plan for the university partner, ensuring alignment with ECA and the partner’s institutional goals, as well as market insights; Advise senior leadership and stakeholders on campaign priorities and competitive positioning; Ensure ECA’s marketing activities support both short-term recruitment objectives and long-term brand-building initiatives.

Partner Engagement & Approvals: Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and university stakeholders; Navigate complex approval processes for all marketing activities, ensuring compliance with both ECA and university requirements; Act as the point of contact for university partners, balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.

Marketing Planning & Strategy: Apply student and course insights to shape go-to-market campaigns aligned with the annual marketing strategy; Oversee implementation of the university partner's brand style guide across all marketing materials, campaigns, and assets.

Brand Execution & Creative Management: Lead the development of content, templates, collateral, website, campus materials and social media assets to deliver a cohesive and engaging brand presence; Oversee the production of high-quality video and photo content to support campaigns; Manage social media channels end-to-end, including content planning, creation, and performance reporting.

Recruitment Support & Campaign Management: Develop and deliver B2B2C agent materials and B2C direct recruitment campaigns; Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across PPC, email, and social media channels; Lead direct recruitment initiatives, ensuring campaigns effectively drive student enrolments; Support lead nurturing, conversion activities, and recruitment events as required.

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement: Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimise recruitment outcomes; Produce regular reports on campaign results, lead quality, and ROI; Champion a culture of continuous improvement, applying insights to refine and enhance future campaigns.

As the successful candidate, you will ideally have:

  • Excellent written and verbal English with strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • A positive, forward-thinking, and engaging personality.
  • 3+ years in marketing roles, preferably in education, with proven experience in B2B2C and B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at multiple levels and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in managing marketing projects end-to-end, delivering outcomes in full and on time.
  • Experience creating purposeful content for websites, social media, email, collateral and events, including video productions.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and optimising for outcomes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, Canva, SemRush, Microsoft 365, and other marketing platforms.
  • An experience within the Australian domestic market is desirable.

In return, we will offer you:

  • Professional development programs
  • Travel insurance discount
  • Wellbeing brands discounts
  • Free access to LinkedIn Learning
