To support our accelerating global growth, we are adding a new role to our team. The Brand Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Student Acquisition (university partner) in developing and executing marketing strategies to recruit and retain students for the ECA Group across international and domestic markets, while meeting student recruitment and retention targets. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with the university partner’s brand guidelines and strategic priorities, while delivering student-centred campaigns that drive enrolments, support agent recruitment, and build long-term trust in the partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Leadership: Contribute to the annual marketing strategy and plan for the university partner, ensuring alignment with ECA and the partner’s institutional goals, as well as market insights; Advise senior leadership and stakeholders on campaign priorities and competitive positioning; Ensure ECA’s marketing activities support both short-term recruitment objectives and long-term brand-building initiatives.
Partner Engagement & Approvals: Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and university stakeholders; Navigate complex approval processes for all marketing activities, ensuring compliance with both ECA and university requirements; Act as the point of contact for university partners, balancing multiple stakeholder priorities.
Marketing Planning & Strategy: Apply student and course insights to shape go-to-market campaigns aligned with the annual marketing strategy; Oversee implementation of the university partner's brand style guide across all marketing materials, campaigns, and assets.
Brand Execution & Creative Management: Lead the development of content, templates, collateral, website, campus materials and social media assets to deliver a cohesive and engaging brand presence; Oversee the production of high-quality video and photo content to support campaigns; Manage social media channels end-to-end, including content planning, creation, and performance reporting.
Recruitment Support & Campaign Management: Develop and deliver B2B2C agent materials and B2C direct recruitment campaigns; Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across PPC, email, and social media channels; Lead direct recruitment initiatives, ensuring campaigns effectively drive student enrolments; Support lead nurturing, conversion activities, and recruitment events as required.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement: Monitor campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimise recruitment outcomes; Produce regular reports on campaign results, lead quality, and ROI; Champion a culture of continuous improvement, applying insights to refine and enhance future campaigns.
