About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can go beyond visuals and take real ownership of product experience.
This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working across the full design lifecycle, from understanding user problems to delivering polished, build-ready designs that drive meaningful outcomes.
You’ll be working closely with product, and leadership to shape experiences that are not only intuitive, but purposeful and scalable.
What You’ll Be Doing
→ Translate complex ideas into clear, structured user experiences
→ Design end-to-end journeys, from early concepts to final UI
→ Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation
→ Contribute to and evolve design systems
→ Balance user needs with business and technical constraints
→ Continuously refine designs based on feedback, data, and insights
What We’re Looking For:
Strong UX Foundations
You’re confident in designing user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns. You focus on solving problems, not just designing screens.
Product Thinking
You understand how design decisions impact business outcomes. You’ve worked on products where your work has gone live and been used by real users.
Research Awareness
You’re comfortable working with user insights, whether through direct research or collaboration with product teams, and can apply those learnings into your designs.
Attention to Systems
You think in patterns and consistency. Experience with design systems or component-based design is important.
Execution & Ownership
You’re able to take initiative, manage your work independently, and move from concept to delivery without needing constant direction.
Tools & Skills:
→ Advanced proficiency in Figma
→ Experience with prototyping and interaction design
→ Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g. Slack, Notion)
What Will Help You Stand Out:
→ Clear case studies that explain your thinking, not just final visuals
→ Examples of shipped work and measurable impact
→ Ability to communicate decisions with clarity and confidence
Why Join Us?
→ Opportunity to influence real product decisions
→ Collaborative and fast-moving environment
→ Ownership over your work and its outcomes
Final Note:
We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, reliable, and experienced enough to take ownership of their work. If you enjoy solving meaningful problems and building well-crafted experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
