As a fast-moving, mission-driven team operating across Thailand and the United States, we’re now looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Thailand to elevate our product experience—tailored specifically to university students in Thailand.

🎨 What You'll Do

• Own and lead the UI/UX design process across our mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, information architecture diagrams, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
• Help us create a cohesive design system in light and dark mode.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
• Able to function independently in a team environment with solid collaboration skills.
• Conduct functional and visual QA.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (web and mobile experience required)
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows
• Experience in creating journey maps, design systems
• Experience with design and technical considerations for various mobile form factors and applied approach to iterative design.
• Excellent communication skills — articulate design decisions and work well with product managers, UI/UX designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expert level skills in one or more design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision and Sketch or other relevant design tools.
• Fluent in both Thai and English

💎 Bonus Points

• Prior experience in EdTech, learning platforms, or consumer products designed for Gen Z
• Strong ability to create prototypes and incorporate user research into design decisions
• Proficiency in motion and interaction design, including microinteractions, transitions, and other dynamic UI elements
