Editoz Club is a fast-growing social media branding agency specializing in content creation and personal brand growth for high-profile entrepreneurs. We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help scale our agency’s client acquisition and marketing efforts.
Role Overview:
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, ad campaigns, and lead generation using the HighLevel platform. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing email automation, and optimizing paid advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract high-ticket clients.
- Utilize HighLevel (GoHighLevel) to generate, nurture, and convert leads.
- Manage the CRM and optimize sales funnels for conversion.
- Email Marketing & Automation:
- Set up and manage email sequences, automations, and campaigns within HighLevel.
- Optimize email deliverability, open rates, and conversions.
- Develop lead nurturing strategies to improve customer retention.
- Paid Advertising (Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads):
- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Analyze performance data and make data-driven adjustments.
- A/B test creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives and sales materials.
- Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HighLevel (GoHighLevel) CRM – must have hands-on experience setting up automations, workflows, and campaigns.
- 3+ years of experience in sales & marketing, with a strong background in lead generation, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization).
- Strong copywriting skills for email campaigns and ad creatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and improve performance.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in personal branding, coaching, or agency sales.
- Familiarity with content marketing and organic lead generation.
- Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
