Job Overview:
The Manager, Digital Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy focused on enhancing the customer experience across EdgeEndo’s eCommerce platforms. This role involves designing and implementing initiatives to drive online sales growth and expand market share for products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, programmatic, email, and SEO.
• Align digital strategy with overall marketing objectives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Oversee the company's website and e-commerce platform, ensuring an optimized user experience, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO best practices.
• Monitor website analytics and lead improvements to drive online sales and engagement.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Optimize ad targeting, messaging, and creatives based on performance data.
• Manage email marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
• Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop reports on campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and ROI.
• Lead social media efforts to enhance brand engagement and audience growth. • Collaborate with the Brand team to develop compelling digital content.
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Ensure content is optimized for search visibility and organic traffic growth.
• Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Care teams to ensure digital marketing aligns with business goals.
• Support campaign launches, product promotions, and company initiatives through digital channels.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend across paid media, tools, and resources effectively.
• Oversee relationships with digital agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance digital presence and competitive positioning.
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:,
• Strong ability to work with cross functional teams, including Brand, Sales, and Marketing to create targeted, personalized digital campaigns.
• Ability to create and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at enhancing awareness nurturing leads and achieving conversion goals across various digital channels.
• Expertise in building and optimizing digital marketing analytics dashboards, enabling effective tracking, analysis, and optimization of Sem/SEO customer conversion, website engagement and social engagement.
• Competency in supporting content creation efforts to drive demand generation and increase customer purchasing
• Experience in managing external agencies, ensuring the effective execution of digital tactics and strategies.
• Skilled in optimizing website performance, focusing on user experience and key web performance metrics.
• Experience utilizing third-party audience providers to augment CRM efforts to power targeted digital advertising campaigns.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Provide immediate supervision to support level staff typically performing continuous routine activities and assign tasks, check work at frequent intervals and maintain schedules. Portion of time normally spent performing individual tasks related to the sub-unit.

This is a remote position. This role routinely uses equipment such as laptops and cellular phones. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, Art, Social Science). Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
• Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 1 or more years of management experience. 5+ years of experience leading B2B digital marketing strategy supporting both brand and growth initiatives
The posted range for this position is $97,909 to $152,984 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
