We're looking for a results-driven, fully bilingual Remote Marketing Manager who lives and breathes digital marketing. You’ll take full ownership of our content strategy, social media presence, SEO performance, and campaign execution. From managing creatives to analyzing growth metrics, you’ll build a powerful brand engine from the ground up.

✅ What You'll Do:

📱 Social Media Strategist: Create, schedule, and manage high-impact content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & more

🔍 SEO Expert: Optimize website and blog content to rank higher and drive organic traffic

✉️ Email Marketing Leader: Build automated email flows, newsletters, and conversion campaigns

📊 Performance Tracker: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report insights with tools like GA4, Search Console, and Meta Insights

🎯 Campaign Manager: Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels

🧠 Content Coordinator: Oversee content calendar, lead copywriting efforts, and collaborate with designers

🤝 Brand Voice Owner: Maintain consistent tone and messaging that reflects our values and mission

• 🧩 Cross-Team Collaborator: Work closely with sales, operations, and recruitment to align messaging and goals

🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are fully bilingual (English C1+) – strong written and verbal skills
• Have 3+ years experience in digital marketing or brand management
• Know how to create strategies and execute them with minimal supervision
• Are confident using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, HubSpot, Notion, Trello, Buffer/Hootsuite
• Are highly organized, proactive, and analytically minded
• Love working remotely and thrive in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment
• ✨ Bonus: Experience in B2B, agencies, or marketing in the virtual assistance or construction industries
