Role: Executive Assistant – Edge OS Implementer
Salary: $1,300 USD / month
Location: 100% Remote – LATAM only
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (U.S. business hours)
About the Role
You will help our clients build and run an operational “OS” for their business, including:
Workflow engines
Company playbooks
Scorecards
Meeting setup and coordination
Internal memo systems
Your job is to make sure these systems are not just created, but actually used.
What You’ll Do
-Own the Edge OS implementation for assigned clients, keeping them on track with milestones and deliverables.
-Manage executive calendars, key meetings, and OS-related touchpoints so leaders stay focused on the right priorities.
-Coordinate internal and client-facing tasks across all OS components: workflows, playbooks, roles, scorecards, meetings, decisions, and memos.
-Build and maintain dashboards so leadership has a clear control panel for the business.
-Document and refine standard operating procedures and playbooks based on client workflows.
-Track progress, follow up on action items, and ensure each part of the OS is implemented and adopted.
-Communicate directly with clients to clarify expectations, gather information, and drive accountability.
You will also receive full training in our Edge OS system and in estimating/claims-related skills so you can support clients in the insurance/roofing / restoration niche.
What You Bring
-Required: 2+ years in operations, project management, executive assistance, or similar remote/admin roles.
-Advanced English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication.
