What You’ll Do
As the Product Marketing Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a content strategy that elevates Edge’s position in the market. You’ll develop compelling thought leadership across formats—blogs, white papers, customer stories, executive POVs, and more—that resonate with both our B2B buyers (healthcare, dental, and insurance organizations) and B2C audience (global professionals seeking flexible remote work).
Your mission: translate product and market insights into content that sparks conversation, drives awareness, and supports every stage of the buyer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the thought leadership content strategy for product marketing, aligned to key narratives, campaign themes, and demand generation goals
- Create high-quality written assets across B2B and B2C channels, including blog posts, long-form content, case studies, and guides
- Develop executive POVs and partner with internal subject matter experts to ghostwrite bylines, social posts, and op-eds
- Collaborate with product, growth, and sales to align messaging across the funnel and ensure consistency across channels and pipeline impact
- Translate product capabilities into customer value through clear, engaging storytelling
- Track content performance metrics and continuously optimize based on what drives engagement, conversion, and qualified leads
Who You Are
- A strategic storyteller who can turn complex ideas into crisp, compelling narratives
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, product marketing, or content strategy—bonus if you’ve worked with dual B2B/B2C audiences
- Strong writing portfolio that showcases thought leadership, storytelling, and a clear grasp of brand voice
- Understanding of core product marketing fundamentals—positioning, messaging, customer personas, buyer journey, etc.
- Experience working cross-functionally with subject matter experts, designers, and growth marketers
- Deep understanding of content’s role in the buyer journey and sales cycle
- A proactive self-starter who’s comfortable owning projects end-to-end
