ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our IT team and contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of our internal software solutions.
In this role, you will work on business-critical systems, support software delivery from design to deployment, and collaborate closely with business users, analysts, QA specialists and other developers. This position is well suited for a developer who already has solid hands-on experience and wants to grow further in a structured, collaborative IT environment.
GET READY TO
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain internal software applications.
- Ensure that development work meets business requirements, quality standards and internal processes.
- Work with C#, .NET, WPF, Entity Framework and SQL Server.
- Take ownership of medium-complexity development tasks and deliver them on time.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Help analyse technical problems, fix bugs and support system functionality.
- Provide preliminary estimates and suggest possible implementation approaches.
- Support business users and internal teams when technical assistance is required.
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices in daily work.
- Follow IT and software development trends and suggest improvements to systems and processes.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Good knowledge of C#, .NET, WPF, Entity Framework and SQL Server.
- Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum ways of working.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and quality practices.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and best practices.
