edenity. have partnered up with an exceptional client on a mission to redefine identity for the global economy. Together, we’re searching for an incredible Staff Product Designer to join their growing team and help craft clean, intuitive solutions for one of the most complex challenges in the market today. Verification, onboarding & compliance are notoriously painful for anyone moving money, where it's important to know who your customers and who are heavily regulated.

It's a burning issue, and they've cracked it.

Our client sees their company itself as a second product, continually evolving to create a transparent, ambitious culture where people can do their best work.

They’re backed by world-class investors including Index Ventures, alongside founders and executives from companies such as Stripe, Adyen, Notion, Remote, Qonto, Framer, Anthropic, Mollie, OpenAI, and Goldman Sachs.

Growing fast, they’re now looking to bring their third designer on board, joining forces with design leaders from global unicorns to shape the next chapter of their product and brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the design system. Define, evolve and maintain a modular system that powers both live implementations and Figma prototypes.
  • Architect complex flows. Lead the design of data‑collection and onboarding journeys that adapt to modular, multi‑step customer needs, with an emphasis on making every step seamless.
  • Drive strategy through design. Collaborate with leadership and product teams to shape roadmap decisions based on user insights and behavioural data.
  • Prototype and experiment at scale. Validate ideas quickly, instrument experiments and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Mentor and elevate others. Provide guidance and feedback to other designers, fostering craft and analytical thinking across the team.
  • Champion cross‑functional collaboration. Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure design intent is realised in production, and help establish processes that scale effectively.
  • Cultivate design culture. Shape the rituals, standards and principles that enable the organisation to build products with exceptional user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products or workflows, with a record of success at senior/staff level (fintech or compliance experience a plus, but not required).
  • Generalist with deep UX expertise. You’re adaptable across disciplines but have a strong spike in designing data‑collection flows and user journeys.
  • Systems thinker and strategist. You see beyond individual screens, think holistically and can connect design decisions to business and product outcomes.
  • Analytical and hypothesis‑driven. You use metrics and research to inform design decisions, focusing less on visual polish and more on solving the right problems.
  • Influential communicator. You articulate design rationales clearly, document decisions and build alignment across teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in fast‑moving environments and can make progress with imperfect information.
  • Curious and ambitious. You draw inspiration from diverse sources and aspire to build something meaningful that has lasting impact.
