Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET / Automation / SET)

A globally renowned fintech is building a brand-new Test Automation function—and you could be leading it.

We’re looking for strong developers who love testing — not testers who code a bit. This is a ground-up opportunity to define strategy, build tooling, and drive quality at scale across distributed teams.

🔧 What You’ll Do

✅ Build custom automation frameworks and tooling (FE, BE, API)

✅ Improve platform testability at an architectural level

✅ Influence CI/CD, TDD/BDD, and Shift Left practices

✅ Collaborate with engineers, architects & product

✅ Balance risk-based manual and automated testing

🧰 Tech You’ll Use

Java | JavaScript | Python | C#/.NET | Selenium | Playwright | Cypress | SpecFlow | REST Assured | Jenkins | SQL | Cucumber | New Relic

🧠 What You Bring

• 4–6+ yrs SDET/Automation experience
• 7+ yrs CI/CD, automation, and database knowledge
• Proven ability to build, not just use, test automation tools
• Critical thinking, adaptability & strong problem-solving skills
• Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
