This is a highly technical, execution-focused role requiring deep familiarity with e-commerce systems, tracking architecture, and cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate is a multifaceted digital operator with experience planning, analyzing, and optimizing user experiences to drive measurable improvements in conversion, revenue, and customer acquisition.

You will play a critical role in platform migrations, web experience optimization, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across GA4, GTM, CRM, and e-commerce systems. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and engineering, translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own administration and optimization of e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce and related systems), including product catalog, pricing logic, promotions, and availability
  • Manage the full conversion funnel from product discovery through checkout, identifying friction points and optimizing for CVR, AOV, and revenue
  • Monitor and reduce cart abandonment through UX improvements, pricing strategy, and funnel optimization
  • Maintain product taxonomy, catalog structure, and site architecture to support scalability and performance
  • Diagnose and resolve issues impacting site performance, revenue leakage, and user experience
  • Own BigCommerce management and expertise
  • Co-lead QA processes including functional testing, regression testing, and validation of front-end and back-end systems
  • Document system architecture, workflows, dependencies, and migration processes

Web & Front-End Technical Support

  • Partner with development teams to execute site updates, landing pages, and front-end enhancements
  • Translate marketing and business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
  • Troubleshoot bugs, site errors, and performance issues across environments
  • Support ongoing CRO initiatives through UX/UI improvements and testing

Marketing Technology & Tracking Infrastructure

  • Own implementation and governance of marketing tech stack including HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Design and maintain event tracking frameworks including data layers, tag configurations, triggers, and variables
  • Ensure accurate tracking of user behavior, conversion events, revenue attribution, and campaign performance
  • Validate tracking integrity across platforms, releases, and campaigns; identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain documentation of tracking architecture, taxonomy, and data flows across systems
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools

Campaign & Promotion Support

  • Operationalize campaign launches by implementing pricing, promotions, discount logic, and landing page updates
  • Ensure alignment between campaign strategy and on-site execution across all digital properties
  • Validate promotional functionality, including coupon logic, subscription configurations, and product eligibility

Compliance & Accuracy

  • Ensure all product listings, pricing, and promotional content align with licensing boards, accrediting bodies, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation of product, pricing, and promotional changes
  • Partner with compliance and product teams to validate course information and disclosures

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, and revenue
  • Support A/B testing across pricing, promotions, and user experience
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or marketing operations
  • Experience managing multi-site e-commerce ecosystems (10+ sites preferred)
  • Proven success improving conversion rates and revenue through UX and funnel optimization
  • Experience leading or supporting large-scale platform migrations
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM (including data layer implementation), and CRM integrations
  • Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Experience building marketing dashboards and establishing KPI frameworks
  • Strong QA, troubleshooting, and systems documentation experience
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with high ownership

Compensation

  • Salary starting at $120,000, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits package, including Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision
  • 401k with company match
  • Work-life balance and flexible schedule options
  • Vacation, sick time, and paid holidays, including your birthday
