Position Summary

The AI Software Engineer will be responsible for developing software solutions that integrate AI models into healthcare applications. This role will develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebases, with a focus on AI and automation solutions. This role involves expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, as well as API development and integration. The AI Software Engineer will also design and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and operation of AI applications. Given the healthcare setting, familiarity with relevant healthcare concepts and regulations is highly desired. This position will collaborate with other AI team members to support the organization's digital transformation and innovation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software applications that leverage AI models to improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate models into production systems.
  • Ensure software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and operation of AI applications.
  • Collaborate with other AI team members, including AI Data Engineer, AI Machine Learning Engineer, AI Cloud Engineer, and AI Process Engineer, to support AI model development and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all AI applications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and software engineering technologies and methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining scalable codebases using Python, Java, and C++.
  • Expertise in API development and integration.
  • Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare concepts and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
