Position Summary
Develop, test and document web, mobile and server-side cloud-based applications. Assist in mentoring other junior team members and help guide project/team as needed. Support ECRI Institute’s 50-year mission of advancing effective evidence-based healthcare worldwide. Partner closely with IT Platform & Software Engineers and our respected and accomplished business partners. Code new solutions based on business specifications.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
7-10+ years of related, hands on experience in at least five modern languages and frameworks such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Java.
Hands on experience with REST architectures, relational and NoSQL databases.
Hands on experience with technologies such as Containers, Kubernetes.
Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Desire to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to communicate effectively, learn from others, and adopt standards.
Ability to troubleshoot and effectively diagnose and fix problems in applications.
Healthcare business experience.
Education
Associate/bachelor’s degree in computer science or related major OR Equivalent professional experience.
Computer Skills
Experience building SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
Building, deploying, and scheduling reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Experience in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Experience in test automation framework such as Selenium or Puppeteer.
SharePoint development.
Reporting and Analytics such as Tableau, Power BI.
Mobile development: iOS or Android.

Position Compensation
The salary range for new employees in this position is $127,164.97 - $144,332.24, based on background, experience, and skills. In addition, new employees in this position are eligible for all of our benefit offerings, including, but not limited to, health and welfare benefits, 403(B) retirement savings, and paid time off (PTO), as well as variable compensation.
