Responsibilities
Brand Marketing
- Brief, oversee and monitor all marketing asset creation, adaption & deployment and maintain the share folder
- Plan and execute campaigns (Branding, Promotion) with creativity
- Source and manage agency pool to ensure KPIs are met
- Assist in the planning, tracking and monitoring of marketing budget and offer support with the internal financial process
Products launch & Promotion
- Develop & execute marketing plans (across PR, Digital, Paid Media, Promotion, etc.) for the region & monitor product lifecycle with Go-To-Market & Sales team and external partners.
- Develop & communicate categories/product stories and related documents with all related parties (external/internal)
- Analyze & report marketing situation, competitors’ activities and trends within the region for strategic planning, optimized sell-in/thru performance and other ad hoc projects
- Gain strong grasp of products and related technologies to develop effective communication/ training materials and deploy to all related parties with Sales team
Channel marketing
- Plan channel marketing budget sit with both brand and distributor
- Plan and execute online package and onsite communication
- Deploy offline POSM, GWP and merchandising
Others
- Work cohesively with other teams for effective marketing planning and development of business strategies
- Regular reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience or equivalent in CE industry.
- Interested in exploring new information/technologies and keep oneself up-to-date on market trends in CE industry, especially in robotic appliances, connected devices, smart home devices.
- Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, branding, creative development and campaign execution.
- Professional experience should span across marketing communications, PR, Digital Marketing, KOL.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and managing projects involving different countries is a plus.
- Strong planning acumen with analytical skills that always back up the plans with data.
- Familiar with retail environments in Turkey, Russia,MEA, and other new development countries, experienced in product launching with on/offline retailers.
- Able to work in a team whilst also demonstrating professional and positive attitude when working individually and under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent English in both written and verbal communications.
