Ecoste is a leading manufacturer of premium and sustainable building materials, offering innovative solutions in WPC (Wood Polymer Composite), Pre-Hung Doors, Acoustic Panels, Decorative Panels, Facade Systems, Frames, Grills, and Architectural Products. Through our brands Ecoste, Metamask, and Lamora, we serve architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and institutional clients across India.

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who can lead brand building, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement initiatives across all business verticals.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen the company's brand presence, generate qualified business leads, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate should understand customer psychology, market trends, and B2B marketing while effectively managing digital campaigns, content creation, events, branding, and product launches.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Ecoste, Metamask, and Lamora.
  • Build brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's positioning and brand guidelines.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, website traffic, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.

Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified B2B leads for Project Sales, Dealer Sales, Architects, Builders, and Government Projects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
  • Develop lead nurturing strategies through email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM automation.

Content & Creative Management

  • Plan and manage content calendars for social media and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
  • Create brochures, presentations, product catalogs, case studies, blogs, and newsletters.

Product Marketing

  • Develop marketing plans for new product launches.
  • Create product positioning strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate product photography, videos, and demonstration materials.

Customer Engagement

  • Conduct customer surveys and gather market feedback.
  • Understand customer needs and buying behavior.
  • Improve customer engagement through marketing initiatives and relationship-building activities.

Event & Exhibition Management

  • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, architect meets, and product launch events.
  • Coordinate branding materials, promotional kits, and event logistics.

Sales Enablement

  • Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, product videos, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop sales kits and customer communication materials.
  • Assist in creating competitive product comparisons and value propositions.

Market Research

  • Analyze competitors, pricing, customer trends, and industry developments.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth strategies.

Marketing Analytics

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM reports, and marketing dashboards.
  • Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.

Team Management

  • Coordinate with internal marketing, design, digital, and sales teams.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when required.
  • Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.

  • Experience handling B2B marketing and long sales cycle products.
