Job Title: Director of Creator-Led Growth (CLG)
Role: Manager of our EDGE (External Direct Growth Engine) Program
Overview
We are an established eCommerce marketing agency specializing in scaling brands on Amazon. We are expanding into external demand generation and are looking for a Director of Creator-Led Growth (CLG) to build and scale this new division from the ground up.
This role will own our EDGE (External Direct Growth Engine), our system designed to drive revenue through creators, affiliates, and social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, etc.).
This is not a maintenance role.
We are looking for a BUILDER and OPERATOR who can create systems, test channels, and scale what works.
Important Clarification (What This Role Is NOT):
1. This role is not focused on creating content.
We do not shoot videos, edit content, or act as creators ourselves.
Instead, we build systems to source, manage, and scale external creators and partners who produce content and drive sales. If your primary skillset is video creation or content production, this role is likely not the right fit.
2. This role is not "Social Media Management"
We are not creating social content, posts, scheduling posts, trying to "get followers", etc. If that is your skillset, this is not what we're looking for.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Build and manage our Creator-Led Growth (CLG) team and our External Direct Growth Engine (EDGE) system.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage creators across TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Launch and scale TikTok Shop and YouTube Shopping initiatives
• Execute product seeding campaigns to generate consistent UGC
• Build and manage affiliate partnerships (Levanta, Wayward, Amazon Creator Connections, etc.)
Identify high-performing content and scale it across organic and paid channels
• Develop repeatable systems for creator outreach, tracking, and performance optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams to align external demand with Amazon and Shopify conversion strategies
• Develop and implement strategies to form communities (Discord, etc) for our Managed Brand creators and affiliates, with ongoing incentives, contests, and promotions.
Systems & Tracking (Critical Requirement)
We are specifically looking for someone who knows how to build and manage operational systems, not just execute campaigns.
You should have experience:
• Building creator/affiliate tracking systems (Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar)
• Managing outreach pipelines and creator databases
• Tracking performance across multiple channels (TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, etc.)
• Creating dashboards to measure ROI, content performance, and partner contribution
• Organizing workflows for outreach, follow-ups, content tracking, and payouts
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience building or managing creator, influencer, or affiliate programs
• Experience with TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, or similar social commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of UGC and short-form content performance
• Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
• Experience working with tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or CRM/project management platforms
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate with minimal direction
• Be comfortable and presentable on-screen with clients, attending strategy sessions and reporting with Client and the Client's respective Brand Partner (Account Manager) for our agency.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with eCommerce brands (Amazon and/or Shopify)
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Levanta, Wayward, ShareASale, etc.)
• Experience scaling creator programs (not just one-off influencer campaigns)
• Understanding of paid media amplification (using creator content in ads)

COMPENSATION:
Compensation may vary depending on qualifications and location. Hourly (or eventually, salaried) plus retention bonuses for managed brand clients upon their agreement renewals.
