Are you a strategic communicator who thrives on driving clarity during change? Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support the integration of a recently acquired residential pest control company into our broader business.
This 4-month contract role offers part-time flexibility (around 20 hours per week) and the chance to make a real impact in aligning messaging, managing stakeholders, and shaping a successful brand transition.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a marketing communications plan that aligns with business goals during the M&A integration process
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage communications budgets, priorities, and deliverables
- Craft and tailor messaging for multiple internal and external audiences, especially residential service customers
- Create or manage the creation of communications materials (emails, brochures, internal updates, etc.)
- Oversee agency partners to ensure quality execution of comms strategies
- Leverage marketing tools (email, CRM, social platforms) to enhance messaging and measure impact
- Track and analyze campaign performance, offering recommendations for continuous improvement
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and alignment
What You Bring
- 8–10 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on business transformation or M&A a plus
- Strong writing skills and experience shaping communications for both internal and external audiences
- Familiarity with change management principles and best practices
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments
- Experience with MarTech tools such as CRMs, email marketing, or social media platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant work experience
- Experience in residential or field service industries is a plus
