HOW DID IT ALL START

In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. We're now looking for an middle level Integrated Marketing & Communications Manager for Germany. This is an Indivitual Contributor role, and a full-time, home office, with 30-40% of travel frequency position.

Your challenges:

• Primarily responsible for the overall planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns in the German-speaking region.

• Coordinate integrated marketing strategies in the German-speaking region, and closely collaborate with local external distributors/retail customers and internal teams such as sales, product, media, digital, public relations, KOLs, design, and brand departments to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities and effectively promote project implementation.

• Be responsible for local user insights and business data mining, analyze to identify problems and opportunities, optimize key marketing indicators, and propose scalable solutions.

• Be responsible for local promotion in the German-speaking market, including the implementation of channel marketing, exhibitions, etc.

• Assist local distributors/retail customers in formulating localized brand and product promotion plans to ensure they meet local market needs.

• Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and review of new product launches or promotional campaigns for some product lines in the European region.

Your profile includes:

• A bachelor's degree or above, with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in integrated marketing/brand management.

• The requirements can be relaxed for some outstanding candidates.

• Possess excellent logical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities, as well as good cross-departmental collaboration skills.

• Have strategic thinking and be able to effectively promote the implementation of strategies.

• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

• Be fluent in German (spoken and written) as a working language.

• Be based in Germany or willing to travel to Germany frequently for extended periods.
