eco.mio is an award-winning tech startup based in Berlin, helping companies make travel decisions smarter, more sustainable, and more cost-efficient.

As we launched new products and expand our market presence, we're looking for a Content & Brand Marketing Manager to help shape how eco.mio shows up in the market. You'll work closely with our founders and sales team to turn ideas, customer insights, and product developments into compelling content, messaging, events, and campaigns.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who combines strong writing, visual storytelling, B2B SaaS marketing experience, and hands-on execution.

What you'll do

  • Turn founder, customer, and sales insights into compelling messaging, content, and marketing assets
  • Develop customer stories, case studies, one-pagers, presentations, and other materials that help communicate our value to enterprise customers and partners
  • Create and publish LinkedIn content for eco.mio and its founders to strengthen our visibility and thought leadership
  • Maintain and improve website content, newsletters, and HubSpot campaigns based on product launches and evolving market positioning
  • Plan and support webinars, roundtables, conferences, and other market-facing activities, including preparation, promotion, and follow-up
  • Monitor competitors and industry developments and translate relevant insights into content and positioning recommendations
  • Gather input from multiple stakeholders and turn it into clear, consistent, and high-quality outputs
  • Use AI tools effectively to accelerate research, drafting, content repurposing, visual ideation, and campaign creation

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, or founder-led marketing
  • Excellent writing skills in English and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and compelling way
  • Strong presentation design skills
  • Experience creating LinkedIn content for founders, executives, and/or company accounts
  • Ability to work with rough input and turn it into polished drafts with minimal guidance
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Structured, reliable, and highly organised
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and quality
  • Basic experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms

You don't need all of these, but they would help:

  • Strong German writing skills
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, sustainability, procurement, mobility, or business travel
  • Experience with product launches
  • Experience with account-based marketing
  • SEO and GEO basics
  • Experience setting up HubSpot workflows and nurturing campaigns
  • Experience organising webinars, roundtables, and B2B events
  • Experience working directly with founders and sales teams
