Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist role is a full-time remote position focused on creating visual assets that support the company’s training programs, marketing initiatives, and brand presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and learning materials, as well as refining and maintaining brand consistency across all visual content. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, training, and product teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging designs and will handle image editing and optimization for various platforms. The role also involves preparing files for digital and print use, managing a library of design assets, and iterating on feedback to improve visual communication and user engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital assets for web, social media, and learning materials.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent visual identity across multiple channels.
• Ability in Image Editing, with hands-on experience using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and design best practices for digital and print formats.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous design work, especially in education, training, or technology-related projects.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
