About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic GTM Analyst to support our ambitious growth targets, including 20% YoY expansion across specialty insurance programs. This cross-functional role will align Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and RevOps by delivering actionable insights that fuel territory planning, campaign targeting, pipeline optimization, and broker engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Intelligence
• Analyze submission and lead velocity across geographies, programs, business types, and broker tiers.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and market penetration gaps.
Campaign Targeting
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide segment and persona data.
• Prioritize outreach efforts based on historical performance and modeled potential.
Reporting and Analytics
• Own Impression-to-Order reporting and up-funnel analytics.
• Ensure data hygiene across systems for reliable insight delivery.
• Support downstream Order-to-Cash analysis when needed.
Performance Metrics & Pipeline Health
• Define and maintain KPIs by territory, program, and producer.
• Develop dashboards to monitor early-stage deal slippage and quota attainment risk.
Lead Routing Optimization
• Ensure high-fit leads are routed to the most appropriate Client teammates.
• Optimize engagement strategy using Salesforce Sales Engagement or similar tools.
Submission Quality Scoring
• Analyze submission patterns to predict underwriting success and reduce friction.
• Identify characteristics of high-likelihood submissions.
Sales and Marketing Application Support
• Serve as business-oriented technical execution support for core platforms (SFDC, Hubspot) and ancillary tools, such as UserGems, 6sense, Outreach, Clay, etc.
• Support the VP of RevOps in identifying capability gaps and overlaps in the RevOps tech stack.
Broker Enablement
• Support targeted broker outreach and service strategies.
• Monitor broker activity and satisfaction metrics.
Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in a GTM, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, or related analyst role.
• Administrator proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot
• Advanced capabilities in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience with marketing intent tools (e.g., 6sense), dialers, and broker enablement platforms.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in insurance, MGA, or financial services.
• Familiarity with program administration and broker-driven distribution models.
• Experience with submission quality scoring or underwriting support.
