About The Role
As a Marketing Manager in the life sciences consulting industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the services and expertise of Enhanced Compliance Inc within the life sciences sector. This role requires an understanding of the life sciences industry, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, and related fields, to drive targeted marketing campaigns and effectively communicate the value proposition of the consulting services. This is a remote role.
What You’ll Do
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the goals of the consulting firm, tailored specifically for the life sciences industry
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning strategies
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, key competitors, and client needs within the life sciences sector. Analyze market data and use insights to drive marketing decisions
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote consulting services. Utilize various marketing channels such as digital marketing, content creation, events, webinars, and conferences to reach the target audience ef
- Maintain and enhance the consulting firm's brand presence within the life sciences industry. Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and positioning across all marketing collateral and communication channels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop industry-specific content and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, website/social media content, and other materials
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key industry partners, clients, and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to enhance the firm's visibility and credibility within the life sciences consulting domain
- Utilize metrics/analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing initiatives. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, and consulting teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare consulting industry
- Understanding of life sciences industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory environments
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Proficiency in utilizing various marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing automation platform: Salesforce, Pardot along with design software required; such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
